At MYSAA, we want to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our returns policy is outlined below.
Change of mind
A "change of mind" describes a transformation in one's thoughts, opinions, or decisions. It reflects a shift from a previous position to a new one, which can happen due to various reasons.
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact Mysaa Secrets product(s) purchased via Mysaa Secrets Online (website) can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition
- Incorrect Product/s received
- Products must be sent back within 10 days from original receipt of goods.
- Your proof of purchase / order information
Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.
*For Opened Products:
- Regrettably, we do not offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective, or has caused a skin reaction.
- If you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (color, texture, smell), or if you experience a skin reaction, you may request an exchange of the opened product.
- In order to arrange the return for a faulty or defective product, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing on info@mysaasecrets.com.
- Please include in your email your name, invoice number and name of product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty.
Upon receipt of your email, we will email you a return authorization number and inform you where to send the faulty product.
Mysaa Secrets will exchange a faulty/defective product if it is found there was a production error. If it is found that the product is faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and the exchange shipping will be paid for by Mysaa Secrets.
If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

We are happy to provide a store credit, refund or an exchange on any items that are unused, unopened and returned in the same condition as they were bought within 10 days of purchase. Please note we do not refund delivery costs. We are happy to exchange products and can cover the shipping cost for your replacements.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item is damaged or faulty or you believe the product is incorrect, please contact info@mysaasecrets.com with a detailed description, and any photos you can provide as soon as possible.
Sensitivities
We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to or are allergic to. We put the full list of ingredients on our website so please look at these carefully. We are very happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice – please feel free to contact us.
